Background

​

This location was one of the first few locations to open in the early 1980’s when the company first started. We are still growing even today with many new employees and machinery. We are operating at a fast pace to keep up with the demands of many clients.

 

Blueprints

​

It was unique being one of the first companies to introduce Black and White CAD Printing to our clients. We also produce Mylar and Vellum as well as scanning.

​

Large Format Printing

​

Additional services that we excel at include poster printing onto our photo papers and mounting onto boards & lamination. We also can scan large sheets in color or black and white.

Small Format Printing

​

Many of our clients rely on us for producing their marketing books, and manuals, including custom die cut tabs. One of the many binding options includes spiral, wire-o, GBC, 3-ring binders, saddle stitching, perfect binding. This includes printing in color or black and white or scanning.

We have large 15-foot machines capable of printing some really big images. We also have a 5’x10’ flatbed printer for direct printing if you do not want to see a seam. No matter what your application is, we will find a way to fabricate and complete your job.

Some common applications are posters, banners, billboards, building wraps, stickers, vehicle decals, vehicle wraps, site signs, lawn signs, retail signage, magnets, dry erase pieces, machine signs, floor graphics, etc. Currently we have been producing a lot of custom office signage for our clients. We have a large CNC router capable of milling thick substrates for some really eye-catching dimensional letters. Do you want the look of brushed aluminum but not the hefty price point? We can mount a thin brushed aluminum sheet to a thicker substrate and route your company logo for a fraction of the price. Same clean and modern look without the cost of metal fabrication. No matter how involved you think your project may be, ABC will have options and the means to carry it out.

ABC does not just fabricate and finish custom signage, we install it as well! We have a dedicated installation team ready and willing to tackle any project. They can hang a simple custom print or wrap your conference room in a beautiful wall mural. Maybe you want a massive banner on your building to catch the eyes of people on the highway, we have got you covered. We even have the capability to coordinate installations in different States. Your deadline may seem impossible for you, but it will not be for us.

 

Some of our biggest customers are in AEC, including Architecture, Construction and Interior Design. We can handle their printing needs from developing blueprints to construction fencing to interior/exterior way finding signage and building wraps. We also have a number of clients in the retail industry including Estee Lauder, Timberland, Kennedy Center, DC United, Au Bon Pain, American Eagle, and Aerie, to mention a few. These clients demand brand fidelity and high quality results for their retail displays, environmental graphics and their large size advertisements.

 

One of our recent jobs was a large 42”x60” topographical model that was laser cut from illustration board. The client normally does these in house but knew their deadline was impossible. They contacted ABC Grand Format and explained the situation and we gladly tackled the challenge. We laser cut 312 pieces of illustration board and pieced them together into the early hours of the next morning. Our client was able to give their presentation on time and with no issues. Even when you think it is not possible, ABC will make it happen!
